What’s included in seasonal lighting service?

We provide custom design, commercial-grade rental lights and décor, installation, timers, in-season maintenance, January takedown, and labeled off-season storage. Your custom proposal will describe the display and scope for your property.

Do I buy the lights?

Our seasonal service uses rental lights and décor. We install and maintain the display, then remove and store the materials after the season. You don’t need to find room for boxes of lights.

Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?

Yes. We serve HOAs, gated communities, property managers, retail centers, restaurants, hotels, offices, apartments, condominiums, and other commercial properties. We can discuss entrances, common areas, landscape features, and building lighting as part of a custom design.

How much will my display cost?

Every property receives a custom quote. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the features you want lit, installation access, and the amount of décor. Tell us your priorities and budget so the design can reflect both.

What if part of my display goes dark?

Contact your branch for in-season maintenance. Our proposed service guarantee is shown above. Its coverage, reporting process, and credit terms are still being finalized; confirm the applicable terms in your agreement.

Which areas do you serve?

Our Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida branches serve Florida’s Gulf Coast corridor between Tampa Bay and Naples. Choose your branch above, or ask us to confirm coverage for your property.

When should I arrange my lighting?

Reach out when you’re ready to plan your season. We’ll discuss your preferred timing and current installation availability. Installation dates and any payment terms will be confirmed in your proposal.

What happens when the holidays are over?

We return for January takedown, label the lights and décor, and handle off-season storage. You can enjoy the end of the season without taking down the display yourself.
