This notice describes how Sunnyside Light Pros, LLC handles information from this website’s holiday lighting planner.

Planning and sending a request

Your answers stay in the open page’s memory until you choose to send your request. They are not saved to browser storage. Leaving or refreshing clears the planner. A downloaded planning copy contains your answers and is saved on your device.

When online delivery is enabled and you send a request, your property details, contact information, notes, and contact preferences are sent through Resend to our company email inbox, hosted by Microsoft 365. We use them to respond to your estimate, discuss availability, and plan service. The email includes the consent wording, its version, your checkbox choices, a request reference, and the server-recorded submission initiation time. When the planner displays a preview notice, requests are not sent.

Your contact choices

SMS and promotional email permissions are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You can request an estimate without either. We may respond by email about the estimate you requested. Promotional email preferences apply separately. We do not share text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Automated SMS is not connected to this site. A submitted SMS choice records your preference; it does not start an automated messaging sequence. See our SMS terms.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts this website and processes ordinary request information to deliver and secure it. Approximate geographic headers suggest a branch without requesting precise device location. A temporary hashed network identifier helps limit repeated form attempts. No advertising analytics are installed.

Keeping information and making requests

Sent requests remain in our email systems for follow-up, service administration, and business records. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional contact permission. Some records may need to be kept for existing service commitments or legal obligations.
